Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager (Home & Community Care)
Location: Moray & North Aberdeenshire (Elgin base, travel across service areas)
Salary: £35,074 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 35.5 hrs/week
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day domiciliary/home care operations.
Manage care teams, ensure regulatory compliance (CIS, SSSC).
Oversee care plans, safeguarding, quality improvement, and service delivery.
Budget management and workforce planning.
Serve as main point for right-to-work checks.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent).
Experience in domiciliary care management or Community Nursing or social work.
Strong knowledge of UK adult social care regulations.
Leadership, governance, and communication skills.
CEFR B1 English proficiency (for overseas applicants).
