Pay: £16.50 per hour (PAYE) / £22.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Shifts: Rotating - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am

Search are recruiting for this position on behalf of our client.
We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading precision engineering team in Lincoln. In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture gas turbine components to strict engineering and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components.
- Work from detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, measure, and inspect components to meet quality requirements.
- Perform basic machine programming and maintenance as required.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong CNC machining background - apprentice-trained preferred, but not essential.
- NVQ or equivalent qualification in CNC machining or a related engineering discipline.
- Confident using CNC machine tool controls and applications.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel) and written communication.
- Safety-conscious with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
