Summary
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Sussex
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team!
Projects on average range between £1m - £10m and the sectors include: Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Skills & Experience:
- Main contractor experience within the Construction space
- Experience of different contract forms
- Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between £1m to £10m
- Experience in establishing, managing and leading a project team
