Summary

Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established Further Education client looking to appoint a 14-16 Pathways Manager in Peterborough. This is a full time permanent role paying up to £36,000. The primary purpose of this position will be to bridge the gap between schools and further education for learners aged between 14 and 16 by developing the vocational careers programme.




The 14-16 Pathways Manager will be responsible for:



  • Leading the planning and delivery of the 14-16 vocational careers programme in partnership with local schools
  • Acting as the key liaison between the client and secondary schools, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines for pre-16 learners in an FE setting
  • Developing and managing financial planning tools, contracts, and fee agreements for schools
  • Support the SLT by preparing reports and updates for key stakeholders
  • Leading the continuous development of their pre-16 offer




The 14-16 Pathways Manager will need to have:



  • Experience in working with schools and further education
  • The ability to plan curriculum pathways and manage complex, cross-institutional relationships
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and support requirements for 14-16-year-olds in FE
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and budgets
  • A Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant field
  • Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths
