● Term Time Only + 5 Staff Development Days (39 weeks)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lesson Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide valuable classroom supervision in the
absence of the subject teacher or mentor. While this is not a
teaching position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth
and productive learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support students in the classroom
• Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
• Follow lesson plans and provide basic instruction as needed
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff
members
• Adapt to a varied and changing routine
You are a great fit if you have:
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting (e.g.,
Teaching Assistant)
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and positive attitude
