Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
You'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment by:
- Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
- Pupil Champion: Providing individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
- Engaging Learning: Contributing to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference.
- A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others.
- A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils.
- A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
