Summary

Warehouse Stock Operatives - Milton Keynes - £23,907 per annum

We are recruiting multiple Warehouse Stock Operatives to join our team at a busy distribution centre in Milton Keynes. These are full-time, permanent positions offering stability, training, and opportunities for development.

Key Details

Salary: £23,907 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (plus 30-minute unpaid break)
Shifts: 5 out of 7 days, 8-hour shifts between 6am and 10pm
Environment: Ambient warehouse

Main Responsibilities

Conduct accuracy checks on inbound deliveries and outbound orders
Investigate and record any stock discrepancies
Maintain compliance with audit procedures and productivity standards
Support various warehouse workstreams, including Goods Inbound, Picker Accuracy, and Load Adherence checks

Candidate Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Ability to follow instructions and respond to audible alerts
Physically able to undertake manual handling tasks
