Working Pattern: Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 (7 hours)
Saturday: 07:00 – 19:00 (11 hours)
Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00 (11 hours)

As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

In this role, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to your team, ensuring duties are completed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment across patient and non-patient areas of the hospital.

The Role

Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets

Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership

Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team

Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team

Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility

Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping

Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards

Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager

Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users

Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards

Able to work effectively on your own initiative

Strong leadership skills

Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
