CCS Supervisor

Workington or Carlisle.
40 hours per week (Permanent)
£38,547 + Overtime, Call Outs, Stand-By Payments & Generous Benefits Package

Due to the expansion of the services that we deliver in-house, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit additional permanent, full time (40 hours per week) Supervisors, based in Workington or Carlisle, with a salary of £37,791 per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Castles & Coasts Services (CCS) Team at CCHA. CCS is our in-house team, which delivers a range of services to our properties and estates. These include responsive and void repairs, electrical servicing, compliance checks and associated works, grounds maintenance and communal area cleaning. The team currently has over 90 members, with a wide range of skills and experience.

With previous experience of working within social housing or a property repair and maintenance industry, you will be capable of motivating and leading large teams to deliver a “best in class” service. You should have the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining an eye for detail and a flexible attitude to work tasks and workload.

Ideally, you will also be qualified and registered (Tradesperson, Building Surveyor or similar) and experienced in delivering a relevant workstream of services (Estate Maintenance, Property Repairs, Empty Property Refurbishment or Property Compliance). For the right candidate, we are offering an attractive salary and benefits package.

If you like what you’ve read, and you would like the opportunity to join the CCHA Team, please complete our application process, telling us how you feel you can add value and dynamism to our team. If you choose to apply, and are successful, you will be rewarded on all levels - a great place to work and a great team of people to work with.

You can find more information on this role by downloading the document available below. If you are looking to make a real difference to the service we provide to our residents, please click “Apply Now” to complete our online application.

Closing date for applications: Friday 21st November 2025.
