About the role

Under the guidance of the Strategic Outreach and Student Recruitment Events Manager, and as the team leader for student recruitment and applicant conversion events, you will contribute to the development of events, projects, campaigns, and plans for outreach and student recruitment. You will lead the team and uses digital technology to enhance the end user experience through virtual and hybrid delivery.

You must have essential experience which includes:

• Experience of formally leading individuals/small team is desirable (motivation for team leadership is essential)
• Consulting with customers face to face, by telephone and in writing
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Monitoring and reporting on financial information
• Working in a dynamic customer service environment.

Due to the nature of the role, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate working from home.

Due to the nature of this role, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check plus a Children’s Barred List and Adults Barred List check will be required.
