As a Night Agronomy Operations Technician, you'll be the guardian of the farm while the world sleeps. You'll ensure our irrigation and nutrient systems run perfectly overnight, keeping growing conditions stable and our crops thriving. Working closely with the Night Engineer and Agronomy Team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining system reliability, responding to alarms, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Mixing fertilisers and safely replacing acid barrels when required.
Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS) and responding quickly to any alarms.
Recording nightly activity and ensuring clear communication with day teams.
Following safety procedures and sharing ideas to improve system performance.

About You

Experienced: You've worked in horticulture, agriculture, or a technical/industrial environment and understand how complex systems work.
Independent: You're confident working solo through the night, staying focused and dependable when it matters most.
Detail-Oriented: You take pride in precision - keeping systems clean, safe, and reliable at all times.
Curious & Practical: You're keen to learn about nutrient systems, irrigation processes, and sustainable growing technologies.
Safety-Focused: You follow procedures carefully and always put health and safety first.

Once Permanent, You'll Enjoy:

25 days holiday + bank holidays * Private Health Insurance * 5% Employer Pension * Annual Bonus * Learning & Development Allowance * Paid Volunteering Days * Cycle to Work Scheme * Regular Social Events
