We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead sales efforts within the construction industry, with a particular focus on the hire sector. Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities within the construction and hire industry to expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a small sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry (hire sector experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivering results.
