About the Role
This role is integral to the assurance we require in the delivery of our strategic objectives through measuring performance.Working as part of our wider Community Safety Management Team you will work in co-production and agreeing projects, new ways of working and areas for improvement, resource and business planning to ensure the running of the Service.Your leadership skills will ensure that managers understand their role is setting objectives and monitoring outputs and outcomes that are aligned to our Purpose, Strategic Direction and Community Risk Management Plan.
About you
You will be an experienced in leading people both inside and outside of the organisation to set clear work objectives, actively monitoring performance of the organisation and leading others in how to take action to improve performance. You will have the ability to use a variety of engagement methods to seek feedback and understand views. You will have the experience of working collaboratively across teams to improve service delivery.You will be experienced in improving business processes to promote more efficient and effective ways of achieving objectives.
