What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Health and Social Care (minimum)
- Experience working within residential, nursing, or dementia care settings.
- Empathetic, patient, and committed to person-centred care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personal and emotional care to residents, promoting dignity and independence.
- Support, mentor, and motivate care assistants to maintain outstanding standards of care.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, following care plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Contribute to creating a positive, homely, and engaging environment for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing.
