Our client is a well-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
This Multi-Track Defendant RTA role will see you responsible for:
- Handling your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA matters typically valued up to £100,000. These will include personal injury and credit hire matters.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a range of insurer clients.
- Assessing liability and quantum.
- Drafting pleadings, including defences and witness evidence
- Conducting your own advocacy either in court or by telephone.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
- Previous multi-track RTA experience.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CPR.
