Summary
We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and innovative Specialty Registrars to join our dynamic team. The right candidates will be working within our Accident and Emergency department at Fairfield General Hospital in Bury. You will be joining a highly motivated and highly performing urgent Care Team at the NCA Current Full Registration with the GMC is essential Applicants must also be eligible to work in the UK and have excellent skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable highly effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.
Active participation in the reception, initial diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients attending the Emergency Department. Where appropriate the post holder will refer them to the relevant speciality :- The post holder when required will conduct follow up clinics within the Emergency Department as directed by the Consultants The post holder will be expected to deputise for absent colleagues and such exceptional irregular commitments outside normal roster duties as are essential for the continuity of patient care, due to occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances. Other duties may be allocated by the Consultants to ensure the proper care of patients.
