Crynodeb

To work as part of the University of Portsmouth’s Student Wellbeing team delivering high-quality, short-term counselling support to students, in line with Student Wellbeing’s commitment to promote the mental health, emotional wellbeing, and personal development of all students throughout their academic journey.

The role requires a qualified and registered counselling professional who can work independently to assess student needs and provide skilled, compassionate and student-centred interventions, while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

The working pattern for this post is:

Monday 08.30 - 17.00
Wednesday 08.30 - 17.00
Friday 08.30 -16.00

This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy .
