We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm based in North Bimringham who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. You'll also play a key role in helping to develop client relationships and contribute to the team’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, and property finance
Advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, development projects, and land agreements
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and contracts
Conducting due diligence and overseeing all aspects of the transaction process
Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining long-term client relationships




Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property Law
Solid technical knowledge and ability to manage complex transactions independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
Desire to contribute to team growth and mentor junior colleagues (where applicable)
