We’re Recruiting on Behalf of a Reputable Regional Law Firm
Are you a skilled Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm? We are working with a respected legal practice in North Birmingham known for its long-standing client relationships and high-quality legal services, to recruit an experienced individual to join their Private Client department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an established caseload and be part of a growing team with a strong local presence and modern approach.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of private client matters, providing sensitive, high-quality legal advice to individuals and families. The role also offers the chance to support the firm’s continued growth and take an active role in client development.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on and drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning strategies
Administering estates and handling probate matters
Trust creation and administration
Inheritance tax and succession planning
Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients
Supporting business development and community engagement activities
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Private Client law
Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client practice
Compassionate and professional approach with excellent client care skills
Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
