Summary
SIA Trainer to work in the North of England and Scotland Job Overview
-Established sector competence in security, door supervision, CCTV, health and safety, fire safety

Main Duties
-Deliver and evaluate SIA security officer, door supervisor and CCTV courses to the business
-Work with the Learning support team to deliver training in line with business requirements
-Complete all course related admin accurately after each course
-Ensure all security training meets regulatory and QA standards where required
-Ensure all training is delivered in an engaging and professional manner
-Maintain continuous CPD requirements
-Be an ambassador for the Mitie security's vision and values and ensure they are embedded into all training interventions
What we are looking for
-Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification or higher
-Conflict management trainer certificate
-Physical intervention trainer certificate
-Current Security Officer, Door Supervisor, CCTV qualifications
-Current First Aid /Assessor qualification
-Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
-Experience in delivering both face-to-face and blended learning approaches
-Resilient, adaptable, and flexible
-Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to delivery
-Excellent planning, diary management and time management skills
-Strives for excellence and is passionate about own personal and professional development
