Summary
A formal job plan will be reviewed between the appointee and the Clinical Director, three months after the commencement date of the appointee. The exact timetable will be flexible, can be arranged in discussion with the appointee ensuring that it meets the requirements of the new Consultant contract and service needs of the department. This will be approved by the Clinical Director and Divisional Director. The Job Plan will then be reviewed at least annually. The Job Plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out a consultants duties, responsibilities, and objectives for the coming year.
