Our client is an Automotive reputable Dealership, and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor, in the Poole area.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £33,000.

- Excellent earning potential with a basic salary of £33,000 plus uncapped, achievable bonuses with an OTE of £45,000
- Hours of work - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm - Monday to Friday - Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Leading a team of Service Advisors and Administrators
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
