Summary

A rare opportunity to take on an established book of business from a retiring Executive. The book is well looked after and will not be under attack, offering a smooth handover and genuine stability from day one.

You will be joining a high performing team of thirteen within one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, offering industry leading benefits, flexibility and long term career potential. The role is office based three days per week, although that is flexible as you will be expected to be out meeting clients regularly.

The book is made up of around twelve clients, including several well known local charities and other sizeable businesses, so you will need to be technically strong and confident handling more complex cases. You will lead the service delivery for your clients, working closely with dedicated account handling and broking teams to ensure every client receives exceptional support and advice.

Client servicing is absolutely key. This is about building strong, lasting relationships with decision makers, ensuring smooth renewals, providing tailored risk and insurance solutions, and consistently delivering a first class experience.

You will also be expected to grow the book organically, making full use of the broker’s extensive internal network and resources to identify and develop opportunities across multiple sectors.

This would suit a Senior Account Handler who is ready to take the next step into an Executive position with full client ownership and a ready made portfolio. It would also suit an Account Executive with a proven track record in client service who is keen to move into managing larger clients and more complex risks.

This is a genuine long term career move. A rare chance to step into a stable, established portfolio with the support, infrastructure and brand strength of a global broker behind you, working within a team that values collaboration, development and success.
