Summary
New Employees to the company will receive £500 when they begin their career at Sunderland Care and Support and £500 when they successfully complete their induction and probationary period. (The scheme is offered on a discretionary basis, and as such, the Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw it at any time at its discretion).

We are passionate about supporting adults with complex learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. We are seeking to recruit a support worker into our Day Service who can deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care and support to those with a high level of physical support needs as well as those who may be at risk of displaying behaviour that challenges services. Care and support should have the individual at its centre.
The successful candidate should promote, co-production, engagement, and participation, respect and dignity, throughout the delivery of personalised care and support.
