Who we’re looking for:

Our Future Ready team is thriving and we are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated teacher to play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners, fostering their academic development and preparing them for future success. The position involves working with learners aged 16-19, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong commitment to inclusive education and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

We are seeking a teacher who demonstrates exceptional emotional resilience, a nurturing approach, and a passion for supporting children and young people to:

Design and implement a flexible offer of support designed to meet the individual needs of our learners, delivering to small groups of learners.

Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support each learner’s development and prepare them for their next steps in education, employment or training.

Foster a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation through structured support

Collaborate closely with support staff, advocates with external agencies as required and contribute to the reviews of EHCPs
