Are you kind, patient and looking for a rewarding role?
We’re a small, friendly family in Leeds LS9 looking for a Personal Assistant to support my 19-year-old son, Reece, who has autism.Reece enjoys gaming, music, drama and visiting places like Wingstop. He’s looking for someone calm, reliable and encouraging to help him build confidence, enjoy time out in the community, and develop independence.Main Duties:

  • Support Reece with social and community activities (e.g. walks, shops, food trips, local events)
  • Encourage communication and confidence while out and about
  • Provide calm reassurance and positive interaction
  • Ensure Reece’s safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Promote independence while offering gentle support
Hours & Pay:
  • 8 hours per week
  • Afternoons: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (exact times flexible)
  • £12.21 per hour
  • Paid training provided by the local council
About You:
  • Kind, patient, and reliable
  • Experience or understanding of autism preferred
  • Calm communicator who encourages confidence
  • Respectful of privacy and confidentiality
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check

Leeds LS9 areaAdditional Information:
