Working as a loader, you will be reliable, physically fit and a great team player. You will go out with your other crew mates to collect waste and recycling on set routes in the local Leicestershire area. This is a physical role involving lots of walking and lifting when on shift. We are looking for a can-do attitude where you are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will play a vital role within the local community.
You will have previous experience of working outdoors. This is a physical role where you are walking in safety boots, no matter what the weather. Due to location and start times you must live within walking distance or have your own transport.

Shifts are available throughout the working week, Monday to Friday with start times from 06:30. You will usually be finished no later than 14:30, but even if you have an earlier finish, you will be paid a minimum of 7 hours per day.
You will be paid from £12.65 per hour. Bank Holidays are paid at double time, £25.30 per hour.
Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
