We currently have an exciting Group role opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Purpose:

  • Reports to the Head of Teaching, Learning and Quality, leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and systems across the college group.
  • Oversight of internal and external quality assurance activities, supporting teams to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting relevant quality audits, investigations into maladministration and malpractice, and the implementation of action plans for improvement.
  • Analyse and report on relevant quality and student experience data, ensuring that both student voice and quality assurance inform decision-making and enhance outcomes.

Skills/Experience:

  • Good understanding of quality assurance and its importance within Further Education 
  • Experience of use of Microsoft applications 
  • Experience in analysing and reporting data, with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to ensure accuracy in data recording and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and produce results to tight timescales 

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics 
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
