Key Responsibilities Leadership and Teamwork Work collaboratively with the Partners and management team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and support to all staff, fostering a positive, open, and inclusive working culture. Support the management team in developing staff skills, morale, and engagement. Contribute to regular management and staff meetings, ensuring good communication across the practice. Operational Management Oversee and support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Identify and address operational challenges, ensuring effective solutions are implemented. Develop and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Quality and Service Development Support the ongoing review and improvement of patient services. Monitor key performance indicators, including patient access and feedback. Contribute to the planning and delivery of new initiatives and practice development projects. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the wider management team. Communication and Relationships Maintain effective communication channels between the management team, Partners, and staff. Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and respect. Represent the practice positively with external stakeholders and partner organisations. Business and Strategic Support Contribute to the development and implementation of practice strategies and objectives. Support the preparation of reports, audits, and planning documents. Assist in ensuring the practice operates efficiently and sustainably in line with NHS and local requirements.
