About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers with PVM’s accreditations and valid CPCS or NPORS cards.
This role involves working on an active site where you will be required to bank and control plant and vehicles safely using two-way radios, ensuring smooth and compliant site operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely bank and control plant and vehicle movements on site using radio communication.
• Lift, move, and adjust walkway matting as works progress.
• Set up and use rotating lasers for accurate levels and alignment.
• Carry out general groundwork duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
While not essential, it is highly desirable that candidates also have experience in some or all of the following:
• Installing draw pits
• Installing path edgings
• Installing troughs
• Laying and finishing concrete
• Holding valid Dumper or Roller CPCS / NPORS tickets
Requirements
• Valid PVM’s accreditation
• Valid CPCS or NPORS card
• Experienced in banking and controlling plant and vehicles and groundworks
• Competent in using radios and rotating lasers
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
