TeacherActive is proud to partner with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community!
We are looking for SEND Tutors and Teachers with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. Take control of your teaching journey with us and work flexibly, creatively, and in a trauma-informed way to make a difference in your life and the lives of the young people we support.
The successful SEND teacher will have:
- QTS ideally, or have experience delivering tuition (open to applications for TEFL or TESOL qualified candidates)
- Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way
- Experience supporting children through therapeutic practices
