Job Description:
We are currently seeking Experienced Production Operatives with skills in operating machinery, including Press Operators, CNC Operators, Grinders, and other manufacturing roles, to join our fast-paced and growing team. This role will involve working with a variety of machinery and processes, from operating presses and grinders to helping ensure smooth production flows. Whether you're familiar with metalworking, machining, assembly, or other key manufacturing functions, we offer a great opportunity to apply your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain press machines, CNC machinery, grinders, and other production equipment.

  
  

• Assemble and inspect products or components, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

  
  

• Follow production schedules and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  
  

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery when required.

  
  

• Carry out quality control checks and ensure products meet the required specifications.

  
  

• Work closely with the production team to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  
  

• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing processes and safety.

  
  

• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  
  

  Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment (especially in roles like Press Operator, Grinder, CNC Operator, or similar).

    
    

  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing machinery (e.g., press machines, grinders, CNC machines, etc.).

    
    

  • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot common issues with machinery.

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    
    

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.

    
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    
    

  • Experience in assembly, machining, or related processes is a plus.
