About the RoleWe're currently recruiting Day Dispatch Operatives to join a well-established and prestigious employer in Bridgwater.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position with excellent progression opportunities.
You'll be working in a chilled warehouse environment (around 4°C), helping to move trolleys of milk and dairy products safely and efficiently throughout the site. The role is physically demanding, so a good level of fitness and a proactive attitude are essential.
Shift Schedule- 14:00 - 22:30 or 06:00 - 14:30
- 5 out of 7 days per week
- Regular weekend work required
- Frequent overtime opportunities available
- Weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements apply after 12 weeks of work.

- £18.56ph Days Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrs
- £15.22ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Basic hours
- £21.41ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrs
Post AWR Rate enhancements
- £15.46 - £18.31ph Saturdays Post AWR
- £18.56 - £21.41ph Sundays Post AWR
- £24.74 - £27.59ph Bank Holidays Post AWR
