Summary

To work as an autonomous member of the Staff Wellbeing Service (SWBS), providing high quality practice. To be responsible for own caseload and undertake assessment of staff who are experiencing menopause and provide advice for managing symptoms and supporting staff. To be accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing and evaluating treatment to patients within professional guidelines, with the support of the multidisciplinary team. Provide support and education to peers, Trust wide staff and managers in relation to CPFTs commitment to improve support for staff experiencing menopause To support the team lead to develop the Trust wide Menopause Pledge, including the development and implementation of the Menopause Policy. To be accountable for a delegated case load To prioritise all referrals according to clinical need and allocate or signpost appropriately To provide a high standard of care. To provide support and education to non-registered staff and students in the Staff Wellbeing Service. To work across the whole of the CPFT area as required. This may include office environments, wards, clinics or community settings and will include lone working To provide specialist advice to professionals from other disciplines (e.g. occupational health colleagues) and managers. To promote the Staff Wellbeing Service, and raise awareness of the relationship between work and health.
