Maintaining accurate recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Providing information to support smooth onboarding and offer processes
Ensuring compliance in line with GDPR standards
Supporting hiring managers and contributing to recruitment reporting and improvement

Proven administrative experience in a busy environment
Experience with recruitment processes or volunteer recruitment
Confident with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook; ATS experience desirable)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Commitment to confidentiality, equality, diversity and inclusion
Passion for Sense’s values and willingness to learn about supporting people with complex communication needs
