We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the implementation of the Employment Rights Bill across our organisation. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll drive day-to-day project delivery with a strong focus on legislative compliance, HR systems, and process alignment. Reporting to the Head of IR & Policy and working closely with our Assistant General Counsel (Employment Legal), this is a high-impact role at the heart of a critical transformation.

Main Responsibilities
- To undertake complicated tasks to support tracking and capture of developments under the Bill including oversight of Consultations (and participation by Sodexo where relevant) and enabling Regulations to inform the ERB implementation project and timelines.
- Review, analyze and articulate the requirements of enabling Regulations and translate into ‘real world’ HR impacts across process, systems and people.
- Collaborate with Transversal HR, Legal, workstream leads and internal stakeholders to identify, articulate and support the changes required to HR systems, policies and process to ensure compliance under the ERB and associated Regulations.
- Monitor key developments during the enactment of the ERB and assist in the provision of briefings and updates to the business and, where required, clients.
- Project co-ordination work (alongside central project management support) with particular emphasis on timeline management and driving delivery/milestones to ensure statutory compliance.

The Ideal Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Law, or CIPD qualification and/or significant experience in compliance/systems (HRIS) or employment law.
- Ability to develop solutions or plans to solve difficult problems using research and analysis of complex information
- Employment law specialist
- Experience in project development and delivery
- Adept at developing or influencing process to ensure compliance
- Experience of influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to write accurate technical documents, collaborative mindset; proactive approach Track record of using initiative and independence over a broad area of activity involving decision making and discretion
