Role Overview

Are you a graduate or aspiring educator looking to make a difference in young people’s lives? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a secondary school in Bournemouth (ages 11–16) as a Teaching Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ academic and personal development.

You’ll work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment, providing one-to-one and small-group support to help students thrive in their studies and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Provide individual and small group support to help students progress.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and marking.
