As our new Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, trend-led content that showcases Wembley Stadium as the ultimate live event destination.

Your primary focus will be on developing creative ideas and producing high-impact social media content before, during, and after events, bringing the Wembley experience to life for fans around the world. This is a pivotal role supporting Wembley Stadium's digital storytelling and event-day coverage.

What will you be doing?

You will be at the heart of our content production, driving creativity, execution, and impact across channels:

  • Content creation: Develop creative, trend-led content ideas in the lead-up to each event hosted at Wembley Stadium. Proactively suggest content opportunities ahead of time, consolidating ideas in content decks for review and feedback.
  • Event day coverage: Provide on-site presence for every event, working alongside the in-house content team to capture and showcase the fan experience while spotlighting Wembley as the centrepiece of major events.
  • Live production: Deliver against pre-agreed outputs focused on Instagram and TikTok, while staying agile to capture unplanned, spontaneous moments.
  • Strategy and planning: Support the development and execution of content strategies and calendars, staying across social trends and audience insights to inform creative direction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including promoters, sporting bodies, and rights holders, to ensure content aligns with brand standards and event objectives.
  • Analytics and reporting: Contribute to monthly performance reports and annual summaries. Analyse key social metrics such as follower growth, impressions, and engagement to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies.
  • Brand and compliance: Ensure all content adheres to Wembley's tone of voice, visual identity, and rights management requirements.
  • Innovation: Keep abreast of emerging social media formats, tools, and best practices to ensure Wembley Stadium remains a leader in digital storytelling.
  • Ad-hoc support: Provide social and content support during live events, which will include working weekends and evenings as required.
  • General: Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform additional tasks as required to meet the FA Group's changing priorities.
