Summary
Junior CNC Machinist – Great salary, induction training, immediate start and good benefits!
An excellent opportunity has become available for a junior machine operator to join our client’s friendly manufacturing factory team. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work to achieve very high-quality standards, whilst meeting production deadlines. Close attention to detail is required for product quality assurance and consistency.
Previous experience in a factory environment, ideally with some machining experience, and a stable work history of working with machines within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial, but full induction and ongoing training and development will be provided if needed.
Key Duties
· Working with an experienced machinist to obtain knowledge on operations
· Learning how to run, maintain & programme CNC machines
· Reading & understanding of technical drawings over time
· Assisting with loading & unloading machines where needed
· Reporting any defects in production to senior members of staff
Candidate Requirements:
A good work ethic & a drive to succeed
· Responsible, reliable conscientious individual
· Full or part apprentice trained/engineering experienced
· Hardworking individual, able to work alone or as part of a team
· Good command of spoken & written Englis
-Stable work record
