Summary
Key Responsibilities:Communication: Engage with various stakeholders, manage inquiries, and promote staff networks. Analysis: Analyse staff network needs, administer surveys, and assist in monitoring EDI action plans. Planning: Co-ordinate staff network events, manage databases, and support inclusion initiatives. Key Relationships:Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead. Wellbeing Lead. Inclusion and Engagement Advisor. Staff Network Chairs and Co-chairs. Staff Network Members. HR Directorate Staff. Communications Team. This role is integral to supporting the Trusts equality, diversity, and inclusion ambitions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the smooth operation of staff networks and related initiatives.
