Overview of the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic newly qualified GP to join our supportive Primary Care Network under the ARRS scheme. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and provide high-quality care to our patients in a structured, nurturing environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face consultations with patients presenting with minor illnesses. Carry out associated administrative duties, including patient notes, referrals, and follow-ups. Collaborate with other members of the practice/PCN team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Participate in practice meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Support the overall ethos of the practice, promoting patient-centred care and teamwork. Person Specification: Essential: Fully qualified GP with CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training). Eligible for ARRS scheme (usually within 2 years of CCT). Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient care and teamwork. Desirable: Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration. Experience in administrative and practice management tasks. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
