Hours: 37.5 per week (Rotation of day and night shifts)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
  • Completion of preceptorship (essential).
  • Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to young service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.
  • Support emotional and behavioural wellbeing through therapeutic interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where patients feel heard and valued.
