What We’re Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Completion of preceptorship (essential).
- Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to young service users.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.
- Support emotional and behavioural wellbeing through therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
