Role: Apprentice Early Years Educator
Location: RAF Scampton
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Minimum of £7.55
Deadline: 28th November 2025

We are looking for an apprentice who is committed to working towards a level 2 and with the desire to move up to a level 3 in childcare or similar qualification.

The role:
> Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
> Key working with an allocated group of children
> Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
> Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
> Recording children’s activity throughout the day
> Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
> Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
