Summary

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and rewarding temporary opportunity? Join CHAS as a Temporary HR Adviser and become a pivotal part of a passionate and supportive team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the people experience — from employee relations and wellbeing to recruitment, development, and organisational change. You’ll work closely with colleagues across CHAS, gaining valuable experience and making a real contribution to our mission of supporting children and families across Scotland.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* Experience of advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters
* Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to analyse and interpret HR data
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
