Our client is a leading high end fit-out contractor renowned for delivering exceptional interior projects across London's most prestigious commercial, residential and hospitality spaces. With a reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and seamless project delivery, they take pride in turning visionary designs into reality.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery and carpentry background to oversee luxury fit out projects across Central London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing on-site operations, coordinating specialist trades and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Oversee joinery, carpentry and interior fit-out works to an exceptional standard.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
Liaise closely with clients, designers, and the project management team to maintain smooth communication and progress.
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and site regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks throughout all project phases.
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence.

Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within high end fit-out or interior refurbishment projects.
Strong Joinery/Carpentry background (NVQ Level 3 or above)
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and finishing standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), and preferably First Aid qualifications.
