Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join our Student Support team as a Student Support and Call Advisor. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide accurate advice and guidance to students and visitors—both in person and over the phone—ensuring a high standard of service and helping signpost to other College departments for further support.
