Summary

Are you a strong, resilient HR professional with a passion for coaching and supporting managers? This is a transactional HR Advisor role within a large, recently merged business with 700 franchises, offering a challenging and varied workload.


Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching and supporting managers across the franchise network
• Onboarding and payroll administration
• Aligning and streamlining HR processes across multiple sites
• Driving process improvements while managing resistance to change
• Managing and supporting the HR Admin who reports directly to you

This role requires someone who is loyal, committed, and stable in their career, able to work independently and with strong process and coaching skills..

What We’re Looking For:

• CIPD qualified
• Strong character with resilience and confidence to influence managers
• Experience in coaching, transactional HR, and process improvement
• Ability to work office-based in Grantham
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles; this is a stable, hands-on position with no progression path
