About the Role
We are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and is eager to start or develop a rewarding career in Early Years education.
You will:
Support qualified practitioners in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences.
Help provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
Assist with play activities, mealtimes, and daily routines.
Observe and interact with children to support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Follow Ofsted and safeguarding requirements to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.
Training & Development
If you’re interested in gaining a formal qualification, we offer the opportunity to complete an Early Years Apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3) while working with us.
You’ll receive full support and mentoring from our experienced team to help you grow into a confident and skilled Early Years professional.
Requirements
A genuine interest in working with children aged 1–4 years.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in line with Ofsted safer recruitment guidelines.
No formal qualifications are required — training will be provided.
