An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, purpose built practice in Nottingham, where exceptional facilities, a passionate team, and a commitment to excellence come together under one roof. This spacious, modern clinic is equipped with fantastic technology and resources, enabling the delivery of the highest standard of care to every patient day and night.
The dedicated team consists of 4 Veterinary Surgeons and 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, each bringing unique skills and special interests to the table. Their collaborative spirit and wealth of experience create an environment that is both supportive and inspiring. The practice takes great pride in nurturing the next generation of professionals, providing outstanding training to students, many of whom choose to stay on after qualifying.
This is an ideal role for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of one year in UK practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for early diagnostics, a commitment to following cases through with care and consistency, and a proactive approach to clinical development. You’ll enjoy managing a varied caseload, from preventive healthcare to complex medical and surgical cases, supported by a highly capable nursing team and a culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.
The practice is deeply committed to continuous professional development, with dedicated funding and active encouragement to pursue further qualifications. Two of the current vets are already working toward certificates. Whether you’re refining your existing skills or exploring a new clinical interest, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
