- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs

- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
- Proven experience working with children and young people with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
